Payment information: During the checkout process for Premium Services, you provide our third-party partners which manage payments with information required to process the payment method. We do not store full credit card data, your full name or your address details, but we do retain an anonymized version of your name which is not personally identifiable and the last 4 digits of your banking card or bank account. We collect this information with the purpose of fraud prevention and managing your account standing.
Support information: Your communication with us for technical support, bug reports, requests for assistance and feedback may be saved by our support staff. We rely on a third-party partner, Zendesk Inc. to manage and process this data.
We request but do not collect the following information:
User-Provided Information: When you use our Service, you may provide us with your country of residence and a nickname for your account. This information is provided voluntarily and it is not stored on our servers, but in the Bundle which is saved on your device. We use this information for service optimization as well as providing an enhanced service experience.
The security of your information is at the core of our values. We implement above-industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration or disclosure. All data transmitted to and from our Service is encrypted using military-grade protocols and cryptographically signed for integrity.
We do not share the limited information we hold with any third parties. Your data is not sold, rented, or disclosed to any external organizations or individuals.
In the event that we are legally obligated to disclose the limited information we hold by a binding request coming from competent Spanish authorities, we will ensure that the requests are in full compliance with the requirements of Spanish law. Our default policy is to challenge all requests, but especially so when there are doubts with regards to the validity of the request or the public interest in doing so. We shall not execute the request until all legal challenges have been fulfilled.
Under absolutely no circumstance can the Provider decrypt any of the encrypted user Data and disclose decrypted copies. This is first and foremost a technical consequence of the nature of the service and it is by design.
